Alvi Östgård

Alvi is a multi-diciplinary artist from Norway and Sweden, who focuses her art and studies around the Scandinavian nature and its mystery.

She was born in Oslo, Norway in 2001 and has spent most of her life moving around in Europe whilst carefully nurturing her significant roots and derivation from the Nordic forests and mountains.

In 2020-2021 she studied under the Norwegian painter Master Algrim, and in 2021 she started her studies at Rome University of Fine Arts (BFA in Painting). The same year she received a grant "Kristian Voldens Fond for unge kunstnere" for her art, and had her first solo exhibition ("Fairytales of the Four Seasons") November 2022 in the small forest village of her family. She is currently based in Rome.
